A web-based software with a 360° approach for medical clinics, scalable, interconnected, and customizable, adhering to the SSOT (Single Source of Truth) principle for efficient and error-free data management. By simplifying and automating processes, the platform significantly enhances the patient experience, increases doctors’ efficiency, and considerably reduces the workload of support staff.
As each user has their own access to the online interface, the system allows simultaneous access for a number of vehicles equal to the number of available parking spaces. In other words, if a user has one parking space, they can register an unlimited number of license plates in their account, but if the space is occupied, no additional vehicle will be allowed in. If they wish to enter with another vehicle, entry will be charged according to a displayed pricing plan. Invoicing is done automatically at the end of the month.
The system is fully customizable, integrable, and scalable, effectively handling any type of residential, commercial, or public parking.
Automated Scheduling
The system operates fully automatically both from the website (the public part of the application) and from the back office, based on the duration of medical services (which can be customized for each doctor), the doctor’s work schedule, and existing appointments. Reminders and confirmation requests are also sent via SMS/email according to the settings.
Telemedicine
Integrated system, connected to the scheduling module, which generates unique links accessible only during the appointment time, along with a secure module for file transfer and signing the GDPR agreement and the Informed Patient Agreement (IPA).
API & GDPR
Legal documents are automatically generated with data from the system and offered for signing through multiple methods (tablet at reception, personal device – smartphone/PC – or remotely, and on paper). Depending on the settings, a copy of the documents can be sent to the caregiver’s email address. The system also automatically checks when re-signing the agreement is necessary. Documents are saved as PDFs in the user’s profile.
Medical Reports
The application features an advanced system for completing medical reports, customizable for each individual doctor, significantly reducing the time needed to write reports and improving the quality of medical care. When the report is completed, the reception instantly sees the total amount to be collected, the printable report, and any necessary referrals to other specialties (it’s enough to choose the date and the doctor – if there are multiple options for that specialty), as well as lab test scheduling synchronized with the partner laboratory codes.
Mathematically speaking, based on feedback from doctors, the application increases consultation efficiency by 20%. In other words, instead of handling 10 consultations with a regular software, with our application, a doctor can handle 12.
Payments and Reports
The collection of payments for medical services is handled directly through the software, with integration to the cash register, POS, and online card payments. The system allows partial payments, tracks outstanding balances, and generates various reports.
The reporting system provides a clear overview of the clinic’s profitability, the performance of individual services, the doctors, and much more.
Interconnection
The application communicates with other IT systems to retrieve information—such as the laboratory analysis platform—and allows easy connection to additional systems. It also features an API (Application Programming Interface) to enable integration with other systems.
Patient and Caregiver Access
Patients and caregivers can access the medical record, have easier access to telemedicine services, upload medical documents, and view the status of their appointments directly from their accounts. In the case of minor children, both parents can have accounts with access to the patient's file. When documents are uploaded or sent via email, the system notifies the attending physicians and the reception desk.
Security and Traceability
The system features a suite of advanced security measures such as two-factor authentication, restricted access for staff only from within the clinic (with the option to grant temporary or permanent access from outside), access to medical information restricted to attending physicians (while reception has access to reports for reprinting/sending), and access to contact information limited to reception staff. Additionally, all accesses, modifications, downloads, uploads, and interactions within the platform are logged and visible to the manager’s account.
