A fully automated IoT-based solution launched in 2019, fully scalable, with state of the art technology and continuously improved and updated.
Each user has personalized access to an online interface. The system allows simultaneous free access for as many vehicles as the user has parking spots. In other words, if a user has one parking spot, they can register an unlimited number of license plates. However, if their allocated parking spot is occupied, entry for additional vehicles is charged according to a clearly displayed pricing plan. Billing is automatic and executed monthly.
The system is fully customizable, integrable, and scalable, efficiently managing any type of parking lot, whether residential, commercial, public, or private.
Equipment
Barriers, video cameras (ALPR/ANPR cameras not mandatory), and other complementary equipment operate independently of our parking system. Thus, it can be deployed on any existing or future infrastructure, either independently or alongside other systems.
Access methods (access keys)
All types of access keys (except RFID) can be managed by users within limits set by the administrator. Currently, six access types are integrated:
1. License Plates (proprietary software, compatible with any video stream/camera)
2. RFID/NFC (traditional tags/cards uniquely identified per user)
3. QR Code (scanned by phone at entry/exit)
4. Numeric Code (6-digit code entered at entry)
5. Phone Call / SMS (as long as the caller/sender number is registered by the user)
6. Application (operated within the app)
*All keys can be programmed with limited validity (activation/expiration dates).
**Other access methods can be easily integrated.
Special access
The system supports various special access scenarios, including automatic access for emergency vehicles.
Pricing, billing, and payments
For billable access, charges are calculated based on a predefined pricing plan. Costs accumulate until the end of the month when proforma invoices are issued and sent to users who incurred costs (invoices are also available in each user’s account). Payments can be made online via credit card. If payments are overdue, users receive notifications, and any cost-incurring services are suspended until payment is completed.
For chargeable access, users receive an email and account notification containing an image of the vehicle’s front (excluding cabin details) with timestamps for entry and exit.
Developments and integration
The system architecture allows for further developments and customizations, as well as integration with other systems. Currently, the system is integrated with booking platforms (booking.com and airbnb.com) to automatically retrieve license plate numbers from guests (these keys will only be valid during the guest’s stay).
Licence and partnerships
To offer customers a high standard of quality, the solution is provided under license. Infrastructure (barriers, cameras, etc.) can either be managed by the client or provided by us.
