The issue of time tracking and leave management solved with minimal investment
The app is designed to automate HR-related tasks such as leave tracking, time tracking, badge generation, and providing real-time data. It is specifically built to serve companies with multiple work locations (including mobile) as well as those with a single location.
Time tracking can be done in three ways: using badges (based on RFID/NFC/QR code), facial recognition, or directly from the employee's work phone.
To provide clear records and complete reports, the app considers the employee's role and schedule, and includes advanced leave management modules.
Work Locations
Work locations are set up by defining a perimeter on a map integrated with Google Maps. Using the GPS coordinates at the time of check-in, the system knows at which location the employee is working.
Reporting
Reports support various filters (e.g., employee, job code, role, period, etc.) and are available in XLS or PDF format. Among the standard reports is one that rounds times (if an employee checks in at 7:58, the system will consider it 08:00), one that shows actual timestamps (to the minute and second), including time worked over/under a given period. For construction companies, there is also a report showing labor costs per site, using job role (e.g., installer), hours worked, hourly rate, and selected time period.
Leave Management
The system fully integrates leave days (both vacation and other types). Leave can be added by a user with admin rights or individually by each employee, and is subject to approval by a user with admin rights. There is also an option to automatically generate a leave request form with pre-filled data in PDF format for printing and signing.
Documents and Badges
Badges are customizable and can be linked to RFID/NFC cards. For easy generation, the app uses facial detection to crop the employee’s face from larger photos. Creating a badge takes 1–2 minutes and they are used for clocking in/out, company identification, or access to restricted areas.
Equipment
For simple and practical setups, we recommend using smartphones. These are placed at the entrances of work locations and offer multiple capabilities: voice feedback, GPS, photo capture at the time of clock-in, and independence from internet and power sources, all at a very low cost.
Integrations and Extensions
The app can be integrated with any other system, extended to enable automatic time tracking using facial recognition, or connected to access control systems.

The app is available as a monthly or lifetime license, and we are open to development and integration partnerships.
